    This week is our regional sales meeting and I hope we can all do our best to make it as eco-friendly as possible! We got some new recycling containers that will help to separate the different recyclables!

    I had dinner with my family on Saturday night and I gave them all of my eco-challenge presentations! They were pretty surprised at some of the facts and all vowed to take better actions for the environment on their behalf!

    Today we each Dept got to plant something. Our team planted Basil. Can't wait to see it grow. :)

    When preparing night time meals I always prepare thinking of also using meal for next day lunch and next day nighttime meal (2 people).  Should there be excess the first day I will split the meal and freeze..
