Daimler- Portland

I commute fairly far but drive a fairly fuel efficient vehicle and always make sure I run my errands during my commute so I don't have to head back out after getting home!

There does not appear to be any funds available to the Daimler 401(k) plan that focus on sustainable businesses or technologies. I think having a fund like this would be a positive for people that would like to invest in those areas and I personally would love to see a "Green Index Fund" or something  like that to invest in.

I am glad Daimler is working on electric trucks in the near term.  I am glad Daimler and others are committed to fuel efficiency in California even without the federal requirement.  I look forward to seeing what earth-benefiting ideas Daimler and its employees continue to think of to help the world and to make the company a leader and fiscally...

I HAVE STOPPED BUYING SIDPOSABLE WATER BOTTLES I USE PAPER BAGS INSTEAD OF PLASTIC ONES I DONT USE STRAWS

Took a couple work from home days while my brother in law was in town. It was a nice break. 

The budget cuts help. :-) Given the choice, I always choose to do a video conference over travel. 

I love biking to work, but hate the extra 90 minutes it adds to my day, and the lack of sleep on those days. I need to look into an electric bike. 

I already own 2 BEVs, and advocate others to use EVs every single day. 

Sure wish I could remember to take my reusable bags into the grocery store! Anyone have any good hints for remembering? (And yes, I've tried putting them in a more obvious place - LOL)
