    Practicing gratitude puts you in a good mood. When you are happy, you feel motivated to work further for a better world.

    I tend to purchase without taking record, and end up regretting it. I will start recording my spending and learning from my spending habits.

    Reducing your water footprint is important. My next step would be reducing my electricity usage.

    I have always been addicted to sugar. However, recently I have decided to take the initiative to change my life and reduce sugar as much as possible.

    Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

    Social media is a big part of my life and many others. However, we tend to overdo it sometimes. I think it is important to limit social media to a minimal throughout the day and enjoy other things.

    Doing my research on sugar seems that sugar is one of the most addictive substances...looking forward to the challenge of avoiding sugar altogether.

    Reducing screen time before sleep is a real life-changer - you get more time to sleep and the quality of the sleep is much better
