After almost a month of exclusively plant-based eating, I'm feeling more energized than ever. Big thanks to my employer Earth Friendly Products for providing fresh veggies for us to enjoy every day!

I have eliminated straws, plastic bags, and bottled water, and now am working on coffee cups.  This one has been the hardest for me because I am often on the road going through a drive thru to get coffee, so I need to be better about keeping a reusable cup in the car for those situations!

I think most ideas around sustainability are initially rejected and claimed to be impossible.  But over time by making small changes to our daily habits, what seems impossible can become a reality!

I walked around our corporate complex and enjoyed the fresh air and beautiful landscaping.  Walking instead of driving allowed me to say hi to people as I passed by, and gave me a chance to soak up some sun and reflect on the day.

They have community news informing residents about various workshops and other resources.
The most important ones are the local businesses and residents.

I started investing with my brother months ago. Recently we were having a discussion about how his firm invests and we discussed the companies that have positive environmental impacts. Unfortunately the performance of the few we discussed we not great but hopefully in the near future, responsible and sustainable companies will become more profitable.
