I reviewed the largest holdings in my investment portfolio, and found that nearly all had sustainability ratings that were average, or even sometimes below average.  Only one holding had a good sustainability rating.  I used www.morningstar.com to assess sustainability (see the Portfolio tab).  This will help me move my portfolio more in line...

I found out that Charles Schwab has a list of socially-conscious funds at www.schwab.com/social which can be downloaded.  Then, you can use www.morningstar.com to look at the funds' ratings for environment, as well as other aspects of social responsibility.  For those with a Schwab account, there is a socially responsible option on their ETC...

Hoping to wrap up my challenges by Wednesday, but if not, I will make sure I get them done this month.

Looks like I will be down to the wire on my last two challenges....

I use my bicycle often as my mode of transportation around town.

I try to get sufficient rest, exercise and eat right.  I also spend time in prayer.  

Made an appointment for my annual physical today.  I find that the EcoChallenge helps me to "get around to" things that I otherwise won't make time for....
