October 3 at 9:36 AMPracticing gratitude is important because it helps me to stay more positive and look on the bright side of things. No matter what you're going through, there will always be something to be thankful for and practicing gratitude helps you to do that. It's also important because I want others around me to feel the same way too.
-
October 2 at 5:16 PMPracticing gratitude keeps me centered and motivated to work for a better world because it makes me stop and think about how lucky I am right now, and how I want to try and make others feel the same way.
