    What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

    I used to use plastic straws and plastic bags but I changed my ways. I use reusable grocery bags and paper/metal straws.

    In my house, we use LED light bulbs and aerators on my faucets. This impacts the environment by using less water and leaving it for the animals and plants.

    Practicing gratitude helps you really appreciate the world around you and see all the amazing things in it which can then motivate you to work harder to keep it amazing and help motivate others as well. More people should really appreciate the world given to us and do this so that we can keep it the way it is.

    How does eating more fruits and vegetables and less meat positively affect yourself, other people, and our planet?

    It helps the planet because if we demand less meat then they won't have to supply as much meat and won't breed as many cows. This helps our environment because the less cows there, the less they fart and release greenhouse gasses into our planet which helps global warming and harms our environment in general. This also helps us because eating healthy not only makes you more fit but also is shown to give you more confidence. So, in conclusion, eating more fruits and vegetables helps you, and your environment and is actually very tasty, so hopefully more people will do it.

    You may also take only five minute showers, and use cold water to wash your clothing.

    You could exersise with your friends like I do, and you could have a walk before or after you exersise. You could also work out outside

    I would like to shift my sleep patterns by falling a sleep earlier and get an ideal ten hours of sleep, so that I know I will have an exellent productive day.
