More people should really appreciate the world given to us and do this so that we can keep it the way it is. -

Nava Daryaee 10/23/2019 6:25 AMIt helps the planet because if we demand less meat then they won't have to supply as much meat and won't breed as many cows. This helps our environment because the less cows there, the less they fart and release greenhouse gasses into our planet which helps global warming and harms our environment in general. This also helps us because eating healthy not only makes you more fit but also is shown to give you more confidence. So, in conclusion, eating more fruits and vegetables helps you, and your environment and is actually very tasty, so hopefully more people will do it.
