I was gifted two metal straws and a brush in a carrying case from Bluescape yesterday to help me say no to plastic straws.

I managed to get outside for a walk today.  It has suddenly gotten COLD!! in the Michigan/Ontario region.  I also went to bed earlier than usual last night , but ONLY because my flu shot made me feel slightly under the weather so my usual time-wasting practices didn't appeal.

Well, I went to bed early, but then I couldn't sleep!  I will try again tonight.

I lost my trusty metal work-spoon so have to use a plastic one for today.  But I will wash and re-use it as long as I can instead of throwing it away after one use as I used to do.
