    I was gifted two metal straws and a brush in a carrying case from Bluescape yesterday to help me say no to plastic straws.

    I have stopped asking for plastic straws.  I need to stop using saran wrap.  I have not bought a replacement and am using glass container for leftovers

    Great to encourage others daily with true earned compliments and my gratitude which has an effect of them possibly helping others or even you too.  Gratitude is contagious.

    I am in an exercise program that is medically monitored.  I have my BP before and after exercise, note my blood sugar and weight with BMI with periodic blood testings including cholestral test just taken.

    Listen to a sleep Dr lecture last night at U of MI and will incorporate suggestions of a bedtime routine at a set time 7 days a week
