    Waste Choose Two-Sided Printing
    Choosing two-sided printing can be an easy adjustment on your computer settings. How can you help others make this same switch? Can it be encouraged company wide?

    I do not use printing at work and for the most part we have moved away from this in my part of the company. Except for letters that are mailed to insured's the majority of our work is not printed and even with letters we encourage insured's to go paperless and receive online letters.

    Health Reduce refined sugar
    Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

    I didn't feel addicted and I had already switched to reduce sugar while trying to lose weight. I realized how much refined sugar was still a part of our diet.

    I exercise early in the morning by running by the bay and stopping to watch the sunrise. It is an inspiring way to start the day

    Food Plant an Herb Garden
    Consider the ways you can garden: a plot of land? a patio container? hanging basket? windowsill gardens? What would work best for your living situation and lifestyle?

    We have a new build house and I have incorporated herbs and fruit trees into my ornamental gardens around the foundation in front of my house to make the gardens both pretty and useful.

    So I'm not sure how to edit the amount of time I'm spending exercising but it's 25-30 minutes each morning.
