October 22 at 4:16 PMRepairing clothes with great patches and buttons is one way, I think. Trading and swapping is also a good way to freshen up a wardrobe without buying new products. It's important to maintain what we have and only buy new if absolutely necessary.

October 20 at 10:27 AMWorking at a community center with a fitness room makes it really easy to exercise 5 days a week, but it's really hard to get motivated do any exercise on my days off. Bike has a flat, so my goal is to fix the flat and start riding on the off days.

October 19 at 9:37 AMI have multiple reusable water bottles at work and at home now. My main struggle is when I'm on the go and I've forgotten a water bottle. It's hard not to dart into a mini mart and grab a sparkling water. I do try to reuse that bottle throughout the day and then recycle it, but just bringing the dang thing every time would make it permanent.

October 16 at 3:46 PMIt's important to reduce as much as we can in any way we can. Even though recycling is important and effective to reducing our impact on the environment, not having the thing to recycle in the first place is even better. Reduce is greater than reuse or recycle! It feels good to do something even more. I'm hoping soon to use just one trash...
