    I would like to shift my sleep patterns by having a schedule that I can stick with so I can go to sleep at a normal time. I'm finding that having an alarm to go to bed at 9:45 at least.

    Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    I can make this a permanent habit by buying more reusable water bottles and having them at select locations that I frequently go to so I can use the reusable bottles instead of plastic ones    .

    The next step in reducing my water footprint is making sure that all the faucets are of where ever I go  .
