Nia Rodrigues 10/17/2019 7:10 PMI would like to shift my sleep patterns by having a schedule that I can stick with so I can go to sleep at a normal time. I'm finding that having an alarm to go to bed at 9:45 at least.-

What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
