Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

It's easy to get distracted by work or stress and forget to notice everything you have to be thankful for. It skews your perspective. There's more to be thankful for in this world than not.

    Health Healthy Sleep
Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What are you finding works for you to be successful in this action?

To get more sleep during the work week, I've found that I need to prep as much as I can over the weekend for myself and my son. I get home at 7pm and really need to be in bed 9:30pm to try to get 8 hours. I use my AWP day to catch up on chores.

Yes, weekends for bigger chores and maybe one a day with little ones. I find it therapeutic to do a load of laundry (used to be daily but as empty nesters we are now 1X per week), in the morning and then hang it in the basement to dry in the evening overnight, or the other way around, then the next day morning or evening I fold it into each person's laundry basket. It's therapeutic for me anyway.  Hope it helps.

Michael Pollan states that “it is better to pay the grocer (our edit: or the farmer!) than the doctor.” What are your thoughts on this idea?
