    Sometimes the less wasteful way to live requires extra effort. Instant and disposable products may be easy to come by, but they aren't always simpler!

    What single-use items (e.g. straws, coffee cups, vegetable bags, plastic bags) do you regularly use? What could be substituted instead?

    I always try to use reusable vegetable bags, but I often forget them at home!

      I keep small reusable bags in my purse and they could be good for grabbing some veggies, too. The trick is to have the habit that those bags ALWAYS end up back in your purse.

    There is a misunderstanding that more protein is better in the US. Past ~30g per day and the body just converts it to sugar!

    Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

    I didn't think I was addicted to sugar, but I quit sugar about a year ago and I still have occasional cravings for it. The longer you go without sugar the less you crave it!
