    This was the hardest eco challenge for me thus far, in part because of heavy workload the past few weeks. A reminder of how difficult it can be to maintain new sustainable actions that haven't yet become habit when balancing other life events....yet still so important.

    By slowing down and taking a look at my surroundings I reflect more on ways to make the area safer and help my neighbors.  I have also begun to collect trash on my neighborhood walks to beautify the area (and increase safety)

    I have also been attempting to go vegan and keto for all three meals a day in an effort to eat cleaner and lessen my overall footprint on the environment. It's a lot easier than I thought it would be, and I feel amazing!!
