  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Nature Go for a Daily Walk
How do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?

By slowing down and taking a look at my surroundings I reflect more on ways to make the area safer and help my neighbors.  I have also begun to collect trash on my neighborhood walks to beautify the area (and increase safety)
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Nature Forage for My Food
People are motivated to forage for many different reasons: as a source for food, a means of income, to connect with nature, to participate in cultural tradition, transmitting specific ecological knowledge, or as a means of stewarding local and native plant populations. What is your chief motivation for foraging?

I want to learn how to forage as a source of food. And gain knowledge of local plant sources for food.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

It gives me more energy, which makes me feel better, and in turn treat others better.  I also reflect on growing my own vegetables which helps take the burden off production and our planet.
