    I do this at home I just need to remember to take one with me when I leave home. I have been a lot better.

    I have the best family ever play golf up at midway Utah the fall colors were absolutely beautiful I have 3 brothers and 3sisters my mother and father have 64 all together great and grandchildren together

    Great today I ran six miles use my water bottle  I am composting food scraps in my garden compost file
