    Go to the TIANGUIS is one of my favorite actions, its a big place wher you can found not just vegetables, also mels preparete with this.

    The big enterprices dont feel confortable with the farmers doing their own buissnes. But we have to keep going and found our local farmers and support them.

    buy from local farmes, is not that hard, some times you dont have to go that far to find them. And you can have really good fruit and vegetables

    Organization is the key. If I have one place for everything, instead of buying more of one thing because I can't find something in the house I will actually "go shopping" in my closet or my kitchen.

    For me the benefit is to actually have more energy at the end of the day. That gives me more quality time and hours to the day to enjoy
