    Organization is the key. If I have one place for everything, instead of buying more of one thing because I can't find something in the house I will actually "go shopping" in my closet or my kitchen.

    For me the benefit is to actually have more energy at the end of the day. That gives me more quality time and hours to the day to enjoy
