I did the summer plastic free challenge and it really highlighted how much waste is created and simply ends up in a landfill. I started opting for reusable packages or minimally fully recyclable ones.

Clean air, clean water, clean soil. While we are somewhat rural industrial air pollution as well as off the grid contamination is small. The biggest factor is the highway and vehicle traffic. Water is another consideration with farming pesticides runoff infiltration into water sources. And soil is hard in areas that are razed for housing. It...

My doctor and I are looking at my health data, diet, and exercise. I’m using more whole foods and less refined sugars. It’s a combination and balance.

Make plans with friends to meet them at the gym.  You'll enjoy the workout more with a friend to talk with while you exercise, and you'll contribute to your friend's well-being by encouraging them.  It'll also help you be more accountable and apt to go the gym since someone will be expecting to meet you there.

This challenge was really eye opening. Its great to be able to look back and see all the positive things I have done and how little effort it took. Will definitely be keeping some of these habits even after the challenge!
