BACK TO TEAM PAGE

Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.

To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

What I learned from this challenge is that though correcting the course of humanity is a huge undertaking. One seemingly small act has far reaching results. That the decisions that i make for myself and my family not only affect us but the entire global community. I will continue with the practices I started here and hopefully can be an example for at least one more to follow. The mindset of I have to do it all is flawed and is now replaced with I have to do my part. Whether it's a reusable cup or picking up trash from the street. Every action makes a difference.

Food sovereignty is the right of peoples to healthy and culturally appropriate food produced through ecologically sound and sustainable methods, and their right to define their own food and agriculture systems.

This is one of my most favorite times of the year. Be outside late in the day when the sun is shining through the trees and catching all the colors and hues. This beauty is something I want my kids, grand kids and future generations to appreciate. This is why we have to do our part today.

It was great meeting Mike Johnson today. His presentation on global warming was eye opening . I'm thankful to be apart of a company who is making a difference in reducing its carbon footprint for a better today and tomorrow .

I gathered 6 large trash bags of "stuff" during my decluttering that will be donated. I am looking for a local thrift store to donate to that would give back to our community. Not a big chain.

I'd be interested in following through with this challenge and having a dashboard to report into daily.
