It's unfortunate that we didn't have a few extra days to update our dashboards. I was entirely too busy last week to keep up my log and wasn't able to access the site from outside INL. Could have logged some more points for the team.

I do see more of what's going on in the community more. People wave and some even stop to say hello!

I didn't get a lot of journaling done, but I did tune into my surroundings more. Beauty is all around us. I'm grateful to be alive, to live in an area with wide open spaces and clean air.

I have all the things to plant some tasty things for my kitchen - basil, arugula, and sprouts - although time has been against me and sleep a priority. But! Hoping I get it done tonight! I have a little open kitchen that has a bar. I already have tons of house plants on the bar that have absolutely loved all the natural light. So they're about...

I actually go foraging twice a year! I go mid-spring towards the mountains to gather morels (for those who don't know, these are mushrooms). My husband and I collect about 5 pounds worth and we cut some up and freeze them for soups, we also dehydrate some and add them to our breakfast scrambles and again soups/dinners. We also go late...

Before meat can be prepared into a meal, it has to grow. Growing requires resources. Resources cost money. People in other countries skip a step and eat the resources directly. Meat is a luxury.  Eating more meat affects our planet. Livestock farming has a large environmental footprint - making up 18% of human made greenhouse gas emissions....
