Last day of the challenge! 

The people who are most affected is anyone downwind from gas emitting factories, or generally in populous areas where there is a large amount of gas-powered automobiles. Air pollution pollutes the air we all breathe regardless of life choices, and that degradation of the air quality or increase of harmful particulates causes health issues.

Richer countries generally eat more meat because it is/was seen as a luxury, i.e. when you have extra money you buy meat for your family. In terms of the effect to the planet and people, it impacts land and water use, and increases greenhouse gas emissions, and has been linked  to heart disease, stroke, and certain types of cancer.   

Went to Brentwood Park last night to explore something new. Brentwood Park is on the powerline trail and is a slope. It was a journey getting to the top but what a great view from up there! I'm glad I picked this park that's on my way home to explore! 

STILL TRYING TO TRAIN MYSELF TO TURN OFF THE WATER WHEN BRUSHING MY TEETH - BUT EVENTUALLY WILL BE OVERCOME!

Pretty good. Doing this everyday is making me more focused on it.

Columbia employees have an awesome discount at the Circuit Bouldering Gym! Must take advantage, 50% off admissions. This was my first time climbing in a long time and I can't wait to keep going.

Almost done with the challenge! I think I have learned where I'm doing well (bringing my own mug/water bottle, not using plastic bags, etc) and where I have room to improve (reducing driving is my big one). 

My homemade bread! It was ok, but I'm excited to try again and improve. :)
