    Though I already implement many of the tasks, ecochallenge helps me to push further and be a better version of myself.

    I was able to do my office tasks more efficiently and effectively. In the free time, I'm able to read more books and connect with my relatives and friends improving the relationships.

    Using public transportation instead of personal vehicles. Advocating the same case to others.

    This was my habit for a long time. Tracking the expenses made my job easy to know where I'm unnecessarily spending things.

    I was able to eat more and the taste of the food is amplified.

    I walk close to 50 minutes daily by commuting on legs to and from the metro station to the office.

    At home, I make sure any electrical items which are not in use are powered off.
