Amanda Welch 10/10/2019 7:34 AMI'm focusing on getting more -- and better -- sleep during this EcoChallenge. I knew that the blue light of our devices impacts our ability to fall asleep (which has always been an issue for me), but I didn't realize it could increase the amount of time it takes to fully wake up by HOURS. Recommendation is to stop using screens 2-3 hours before bed and instead read good old fashioned paper :)
