Janice Wang 10/16/2019 1:44 PMI have not been eating one meatless meal a day. I did very well in the first week but then I sort of forgot about it and didn't really care. I think this was because I couldn't resist the meals my mom made so... oops!-
Julianna Andrade 10/16/2019 2:09 PMone thing that you can do so that you don't forget is telling your mom about it or you could set an alarm on your phone saying not to eat meat for that meal

Janice Wang 10/16/2019 1:42 PMMy challenges are going ok. I do exercise everyday. I walk home from school and go on runs on the weekend. I have been eating a lot more vegetables and fruits and I feel a lot better.-
