I have been working out almost everyday. At cheer when we condition I make sure I do everything and not cheat. Something my coach has told the team that helped make my mindset better is "your not cheating me your cheating your self." To me this means If I don't do my conditioning its no going to affect anyone but myself. I now understand If I workout I will be stronger, healthier, and happier. Exercising has helped me have more energy and have better time with my friends and family because I am happy.

I think I accomplished my goal and got more hours of sleep. I was gong to sleep from 12pm-6am everyday now I am going to sleep from 9:30pm-6am. To be successful in this challenge I made sure I put my phone down at about 9pm and if my mom saw me on my phone she would remind me.
