    I have the best family ever play golf up at midway Utah the fall colors were absolutely beautiful I have 3 brothers and 3sisters my mother and father have 64 all together great and grandchildren together

    Great today I ran six miles use my water bottle  I am composting food scraps in my garden compost file

    i throw my food waste in the back yard and dig into soil with shovel in my compost bin
    drew showed me how to make a compost bin three feet deep 24" wide and 5 feet long with a lid on top from 3Forms bin so it can cook the bottom is 1/4" poly carb with holes for drainge

    Waste Use a Reusable Water Bottle
    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    It’s like your phone for me I don’t leave with out my water bottle in hand I all ways won’t to stay well hydrated
