REFLECTION QUESTIONWaste Go PaperlessReducing your paper mail can be such a freeing action to take -- by reducing what is coming in, you can reduce what is going into the recycling bin too. How does it make you feel? What is the next step you will take to reduce your waste?
Tracy Robertson 10/23/2019 4:43 PMThis was SUCH a freeing action! Every day that pile of junk that I felt needed my attention, growing day by day. Sorting the mail, stacks and stacks that finally just got tossed into recycling anyway. Catalog Choice was a big help. Next step is the waste from my carry out / prepared foods. That will be a toughie! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunity Help OthersIn your opinion, how do social inequalities diminish a strong sense of community?
Tracy Robertson 10/23/2019 4:41 PMSocial inequalities create cateogorization, create separation - allowing for the decay of a sense of larger community. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth HappinessHow does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?
Tracy Robertson 10/14/2019 6:43 AMTrain the brain! Intentional time spent reflecing on the positivein the morning helps me find the positive throughout the day. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealth Exercise DailyHow can you incorporate other personal values (like quality time with friends or spending time in nature) into your exercise routine?
Tracy Robertson 10/14/2019 6:40 AMGood food for thought! I love group exercise, and try to find a class here and there. I have a neighbor that loves to walk her cute dog - I will invite her to join me for a walk. -
