    I read the book "Sugar Blues" a number of years ago.  That convinced my of sugar addiction.  Need to read it again, recommend anyone to read

    Since we moved to Colorado 6 months ago, i find myself looking up, turning 360 degrees taking in the sky. We can see storms in the distance, small isolated showers approaching.  When an isolated shower approaches, you can see the column of rain this and the sunset coinciding, the sun reflects off the clouds, the rain and the mountains. a sunset in all directions, the most beautiful sight...
