    It surprises me it isn't more. This could go towards a 401k or savings and have a far bigger impact on the future for the family.

    It was a very busy and tough final day. I had to squeeze in the 10 min outdoor , the day was sunny and that helped the cause. I had a revelation with respect to ethical investing and took my first leap of faith. There is still a long way to go. I am hoping to continue the daily activities as much as I can.

    I like reminding my husband to fill the flower watering bucket with water at the shower while he is waiting for the warm water to come. Happy plants! :)

    I have learned a lot from this challenge.  I am so very glad to have the opportunity to participate!  One of the biggest take always for myself and my family is the disconnecting at meal time.     Going well - really like the format - has given me some good ideas to improve my behavior

    Simple things such as turning off the light when leaving a room, using solar powered night lights for my daughter and also switching to energy saving appliances over the years.  These are all ways I contribute to reducing my environmental footprint.  I also carpool 3/4 days that I am in office.  I then telecommute 1 day a week- this helps...
