    Taking walks during the day affects my well being for many reasons.  I am able to  put lists in order in my head, think through how I may approach a situation, and I may see a co-worker on my route that I haven't been able to catch up with.

    Continuing to ask myself is this thing I must buy is a need or a want.  I'm trying to be more diligent that if it's a want, then something must leave the house to make room for the new item.
