Ivonne Maldonado 10/16/2019 1:49 PMSo far I have been really religious about going on my walks plus its a really great time. It will be a little challenging with winter coming but I think I can work something out. I normally walk to church to get my daily work out to incorporate it into my daily routine and also have friends join me on this fun adventure. I hope to get healthier over this period and continue still after October ends!-

So maybe you can give me an extra boost on going for walks at least 3 times a week. I would love to tag along on this adventure with you because I would also love to get healthier and get some cardio in. But, anyways great job and I wish you the best of luck on this adventure!

I am really grateful to Eco challenge for helping me with reminders and my peers for having a united front on this. I know I can earn more sleep with more practice and can't wait to get an early sleep tonight.-

Possibly too much screen time could effect ypur sleeping patterns media and phones are good at keeping us awake. Stay strong you got this! -

I have been trying to get an extra 15 minutes of sleep but it has been really challenging because at night I can get restless and then go on my phone for hours and forget to get a healthy amount of sleep. I hope you could give me tips on how to get more sleep! Hopefully, I can be as successful as you have been by the end. Great Job! :)
