    So far I have been really religious about going on my walks plus its a really great time. It will be a little challenging with winter coming but I think I can work something out. I normally walk to church to get my daily work out to incorporate it into my daily routine and also have friends join me on this fun adventure. I hope to get healthier over this period and continue still after October ends!

      Wow this is great Ivonne! I wish I had the motivation to go out for walks every day but I don't sadly. So maybe you can give me an extra boost on going for walks at least 3 times a week. I would love to tag along on this adventure with you because I would also love to get healthier and get some cardio in. But, anyways great job and I wish you the best of luck on this adventure!

    Throughout these past weeks, I have accumulated about 10 more hours of sleep. I am really grateful to Eco challenge for helping me with reminders and my peers for having a united front on this. I know I can earn more sleep with more practice and can't wait to get an early sleep tonight.

      Great job Ivonne! It could be hard to complete this trust me I tried it last year and failed.  Try to perserve through some challenges.  Possibly too much screen time could effect ypur sleeping patterns media and phones are good at keeping us awake. Stay strong you got this!

      I wish I could be as successful as you have been. I have been trying to get an extra 15 minutes of sleep but it has been really challenging because at night I can get restless and then go on my phone for hours and forget to get a healthy amount of sleep. I hope you could give me tips on how to get more sleep! Hopefully, I can be as successful as you have been by the end. Great Job! :)
