    Opening curtains to reduce the need for turning on lights. It’s also a good mood elevator. 
    Lower the thermostat a degree or two in the winter.
    When using the oven plan ahead and cook multi items.

    I did this challenge last year it created changes in the way I live. The biggest change is what I don’t purchase. I have stopped purchasing fast fashion and almost zero plastic purchases. I use refillable containers for food and household products. Before I buy something I think about where it came from, who made it, and where it will end up when I no longer want it. I am excited to see what shifts for me this year.

      Yup, yup, yup.  It's a great experience.  A lot of the challenges I did last time have carried over thru the entire year.  All about changing habits!
