Sandra Lefrancois 10/14/2019 9:59 AMI chose living simply goals to support habits that help with reflection. In my experience if you slow down the reaction process or default auto pilot it can help re-set patterns. To instill intentional cause effect understanding can lead to healthier long term choices that benefit all and our planet...in my perspective it's not all about just doing (such as recycling though significant!) Fostering a paradigm shift such as developing an awareness of where the impulse for over consumption originates in each of us can also lead to change. -
