I chose living simply goals to support habits that help with reflection. In my experience if you slow down the reaction process or default auto pilot it can help re-set patterns. To instill intentional cause effect understanding can lead to healthier long term choices that benefit all and our planet...in my perspective it's not all about just doing (such as recycling though significant!) Fostering a paradigm shift such as developing an awareness of where the impulse for over consumption originates in each of us can also lead to change.

  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity Limit Social Media
Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

Peace and more time to spend with others around us.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Simplicity Go for a Daily Walk
Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

I can't say it better than described "Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively."

    THAT'S IT

This is working smartly and smartly working for me.

Asking do I love it, need it, does it serve a purpose in the life I want to live? If --not so much-- than it is a pass or time to pass it on to someone that can use it (iterative)
