Cora Kern 9/28/2019 10:31 AMToday I wake up between 5:30 and 6am. I go to bed from 11pm to 12:30pm. Already getting more sleep than the average American, but it's still not enough. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWater 5-Minute ShowersFive minute showers are an impressive step toward reducing your water footprint. What is the next step you can take?
Cora Kern 9/27/2019 3:42 PMToday, I take about 20-minute showers at a minimum. I know it can be a lot lower. Reducing my water footprint will kick start my journey to being more environmentally friendly. Next, I will start by reducing the amount of waste I produce. I will continue to use my reusable water bottles, no straws and print everything I can also continue to reduce my water footprint by eating fewer meat products or washing my clothes only when necessary.
