REFLECTION QUESTIONWasteMaybe you've heard how good it is to switch from a single use coffee cup to a reusable one, but it's just hard to make the switch. What stands in your way of making this a habit? By identifying the challenges, you can begin to work through them to have better success in taking this action. Knowing the difference you are making, how does it make you feel?
Kim Kalter 10/09/2019 5:06 AMI don't drink coffee, but I do drink a lot of decaf green tea. About 6 months ago, I switched to a Yeti and stopped using plastic water bottles. Every week, we may a huge vat of decaf tea that we then store in the fridge in reusable containers so we always have something cold available. I bring this with me everywhere I go so I don't have to stop and buy bottled water when I am out and about. I feel great knowing I am not contributing to plastics being dumped in a landfill! When hubby does use water bottles (at corporate events), he makes sure that he/everyone throws them in the recycling container before they leave! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthTo what extent do you believe that environmental factors contribute to your own health or issues with health?
