I've written a few ideas below:Gym with friendsExercise as a culture, for example leverage a "spotter" mentality and look for people who could benefit from codependent sessionsAllow for employee gym hours during the day, before or after work, with a check-in dependency (to make sure the privilege is not being abused)Know and communicate the opportunities, for example where are the martial art centers, yoga studios, and spin classes being held?Leverage run maps or apps that track your position through the wilderness or cityIdentify workout supply vendors and online resources to know your options when getting the right gear or having a goal when exercisingLimit your time to a plan going into the exercises, allowing for flexibility in case equipment fails/missing/occupied or other time constraints
