Melanie Bush 10/23/2019 4:44 AMI have been struggling with getting in enough cardio and cleaner nutrition. This challenge has helped me kick start and I feel empowered to continue! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNatureHow can spending more time outdoors enhance your sense of place?
Melanie Bush 10/18/2019 4:34 AMI tend to appreciate everything more when I spend time outdoors. A sense of calm settles over me and I feel grateful for all the blessings in my life. I also reflect back on childhood memories working and playing outside on the farm with my parents (who are no longer here) and my siblings. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicityHow might practicing work-life balance lead to a more sustainable life for yourself? How might it contribute to sustainability more broadly?
Melanie Bush 10/10/2019 6:39 AMI'm excited for a rare lunch AWAY from work with friends including a walk in Riverside Park!
