    How did I not see this on day 1?! Why wasn't it advertised on the company internal site?!

      You're right, I only saw it mentioned once in an iNotes on Sept. 19 and once again on the main site. It stayed visible on the front page for a week, but more frequent reminders/posters/etc might be helpful. Although it's never too late to create sustainable habits 😊

    Consumed a container of 4.7 cups of fruit this morning. I've been starting my day with 3-4 cups of fruit each morning for a few weeks now. Weights coming down, my blood sugar seems to be in check, and I don't have a sweets craving through the day.

    Last night I had the option of watching a movie starting at 830 or go to sleep.  I chose sleep, and today I feel awesome! Its amazing how your body responds when properly rested. Less mind fog and more alertness.

    Been off of refined sugar for almost 4 weeks now.  Its amazing how the body feels less lethargic, and I don't seem to have crashes during that day either.
