    My challenge is going well I'm staying calm day by day and doing my best while remaining calm.

    I am starting to read more which I love a lot instead of watching tv or using social media

    Every weekend I go grocery shopping and I cook organic food items for the entire week for my breakfast, lunch, and dinner.  During my lunch breaks I am starting to read more instead of browsing on social media sites on my phone.
