October 20 at 4:51 PMIn between practices over break I had to take more showers since we skated 2-3 times per day and limiting my showers to 5 minutes helped me save time even though it was attempting to sty in the hot shower during the wet cold weather.

October 18 at 5:50 PMThis challenge was not the challenging to me just because I am a student athlete as well. So I took the challenge one step further and workout outside practice and lift. Very helpful to clear my mind when stressed. You should try it sometime.

October 18 at 5:47 PMMind and body is very important. We tend to focus on one or the other. That should be the case. I have found doing things like exercising allows me to build both those element together gradually. Definitely key to my overall happiness.

October 18 at 5:36 PMAs for the restriction on my meal, it is definitely challenging. As a college student I don’t have the flexibly to expand new things with my diet. But a vegan diet would be very beneficial as a student athlete. So we will see.

October 18 at 5:33 PMIt is very challenging to have a restricted diet like this but it is something I liked investing my time in. Less meat meals and more vegan based meals are something I would like to continue on.
