    I found it beneficial to do any physical activity/exercise whenever I feel too stressed. Apart from my regular schedule, where I try to exercise (aerobic/anaerobic) 2-3x a week, I will do long walks or runs that help me keep stress at a manageable level.
    I try to stay away from social media in the evenings and nights.

    I get enough sleep, I exercise regularly, I walk a lot; I try to keep a healthy work-life balance
