Michal Zemanik 10/16/2019 4:23 AMI found it beneficial to do any physical activity/exercise whenever I feel too stressed. Apart from my regular schedule, where I try to exercise (aerobic/anaerobic) 2-3x a week, I will do long walks or runs that help me keep stress at a manageable level.
