Five minute showers are a great way to get your blood pumping first thing in the morning,,  I wish there was an easy way to capture the water that runs before you get into the shower.  In a prior challenge I used a bucket & watered my garden, but that was very cumbersome.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Health Reduce refined sugar
Before you started this challenge, did you think you were 'addicted' to sugar? How do you feel now?

At one point in my life I do feel that I was addicted to sugar.  A year or so ago I worked hard to ‘kick the habit’ and I did really well, but had found more sweets creeping back in to my diet in the last few months. This challenge allowed me to return my focus to trying to reduce the sugar again.  Reducing sugar in my life helps my body to feel better.

How does/can practicing gratitude keep you centered and motivated to work for a better world?

I’ve found that when I write my three things I’m grateful for down on paper that it just makes me feel very happy.  To the extent I could replicate this feeling for longer periods of time I believe the positive energy flow would benefit everything I do and would energize me to try to share that energy & happiness with everything/one around me.
