    Played tennis for an hour last night and sat in the hot tub for 30 minutes. I feel relaxed!

    I ran for 20 minutes outside and 10 minute jump rope.

    Attended Zumba classes this weekend then sauna after :)

    I haven't been feeling good in the last couple of days so I have just been relaxing and letting my body heal.

    Just sat in the Sauna last night for 30 minutes and meditated.

    Did a 20 minute cardio today with stair master and have been using the stairs.

    Worked out for 45 minutes last night and sauna after. I felt wonderful :)
