REFLECTION QUESTIONSimplicity Needs Vs. WantsHow is creativity necessary for practicing simplicity?
LaToya Stroker 10/22/2019 9:45 AMLearning a Need vs a Want has been a very rewarding challenge for me. The last couple weeks I have pushed myself to stop and think before making a purchase by asking myself how would this purchase help me and the environment in the long run. No more impulse buying for me! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFood Reduce Animal ProductsWhy do people in richer countries eat more meat than people in other places? How does eating more meat affect our planet and other people?
LaToya Stroker 10/21/2019 4:09 AMI watched a documentary this weekend called What the Health and it's making me think about my daily meat consumption. I haven't had beef or pork in over 20 years but I am seriously thinking of eliminating poultry and fish as well. Are the chemicals given to animals getting into our blood stream and causing some of the serious health issues in humans? -
LaToya Stroker 10/09/2019 9:53 AMI felt great helping out the Wave Project on Saturday, October 5, 2019.
