Ashley Smith 10/23/2019 3:09 PMNot being able to buy something will make people very creative. I have recently tried to start finding gifts for others around my own home. Finding things that I don't need anymore and regifting them to others that can use them has been my new challenge for myself. I have had to think outside of the box on what others need so I can simplify my purchasing. -

Ashley Smith 10/17/2019 8:34 AMI think that sugar can be an addiction. I have in the last couple of years tried to reduce sugar and notice a huge difference in my behavior when I eat too much (moody, irritable).-
