Sarah S. 10/20/2019 12:09 PMbefore I was getting around 6-7 hours of sleep, and personally that's not a sufficient amount and i would spend my days being fatigued and i would get drowsy in the evenings. I would like to regularly shift my sleep schedule so I am going to bed at an earlier time, I used to go to sleep around 1 am but now I'm going to bed between 11 and 12. I found sticking to my rigid nightly routine before bed early helped and got me in the mood to go to sleep earlier.
