    To be truthful, I throw away a fair amount of food waste (thanks to having a picky toddler) but now I am encouraged by the fact that I can use that food waste (eventually) to feed my flowers! :)

    This new practice for me has helped me regroup and focus on the positive things in each day rather than holding onto any negative experiences that happened that day.
